Within the stand pack, you will find 2 larger black screws 4 small black screws, 2 silver screws, the metal plate and the neck along with the base.
Attach the 2 silver screws into the metal plate and into the neck on the left and right (3 o'clock and 9 o'clock mark).
Place the neck onto the TV stand.
Use the 2 thick black screws to fix the neck to the stand by screwing into the underside.
Once attached, use the 4 remaining black screws to attach the neck and stand to the back of the TV to fix in place.
Due to recent legislation changes, all TVs require a PIN to operate. If your TV is asking for a PIN since a recent update, follow the below steps to set the PIN.
- If or when prompted to set a PIN, press ‘OK’ on the remote.
- Then, enter a four-digit pin.
- Once you have entered the four-digit PIN, it should automatically highlight ‘re-enter’ PIN.
- If it does not automatically highlight, press the down button on the remote and enter your PIN again.
Your PIN will now save. Make sure to also write down the PIN and keep it somewhere safe in case you are asked for it again.
If you experience any issues when entering your PIN such as the screen freezing, turn the television on and off again. Then, follow the onscreen instructions to enter your PIN.
Please note: The default PIN cannot be 0000 or 1111.
No, the update is optional so if you would prefer to keep your TV with its existing features and functions you can. However, the new update is intended to upgrade your TV, adding new and better functionality.
To access all apps including Disney plus, press the home button on the remote, scroll to the apps section and press ok to open the desired app.
To access the EPG or electronic program guide for live TV, scroll to Freeview Guide on the home screen and press OK on the remote.
To view programmes on live TV now, scroll to the Freeview On Now section on the home screen and press OK to view the programme.
To add an item to your watchlist press the Home button on the remote. Navigate the show item you wish to add (e.g. scroll Left, then Free, select a film) and select “+Watchlist”.
To access your watchlist from the home screen scroll left to the main menu, then down to Watchlist, select the item you wish to watch and press ok. Choose the desired platform to watch it on e.g. prime video and press ok or to remove it from your Watchlist, scroll to “Watchlist” and press OK.
The new update will give you a new home screen, the TiVo OS home screen pulls together all of your streaming platforms into one place. The new update will give you access to the Disney+ app direct from the TV. It will also include the new Watchlist feature that will allow you to create a personalised watch list of programmes and films, both free and paid. Meaning your favourite films and programmes can be found together in one space.
Yes! The TiVo update will give you access to Disney+ direct on your TV.
All network settings and log in details for apps you already use should be retained during this update. However, if you would like to change anything, the settings menu can be found by pressing the Home button on the remote, scrolling left and then down to the bottom of the screen to the settings menu.

Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge (or if applicable the product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded) where possible during this period by the dealer from who you purchased the unit.

- The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions contained in the manual.
