- If you are missing radio stations, we would recommend performing an automatic channel scan on your radio and trying the following:
- Move the radio to an open location, close to a window if possible.
- Locate it further away from other devices to avoid any interference.
- Extend the antenna fully and, if necessary, adjust to receive the strongest signal.
If you are still missing stations, it may be down to your signal coverage. You can check the digital signal coverage in your area using this website here.
You can check the software version of your radio. In DAB or FM mode:
- Press and hold the Menu/Info button to enter the menu options
- Use the Tune/Select rotary control to scroll to . Press the Tune/Select rotary control to select.
- Use the Tune/Select rotary control to scroll to . Press the rotary control to select.
- Press and release the Menu/Info button to return to the station display.
We would recommend checking the following if your radio has no sound:
- Ensure the volume is turned up fully.
- Check if this is occurring on all stations, as it may be down to poor signal from a particular station.
If the issue is still occurring, try a power reset:
- Disconnect the radio from mains/battery power.
- Holding down Power/Standby button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnecting the radio up and trying again.

To make the most out of your radio and get better signal we recommend the following:

Press and hold info/menu for 2 seconds.
Use <> to select audio, press OK/SNOOZE/DIMMER to confirm.
Use <> to select Stereo or mono.
Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to confirm.
Turn to standby
Press and hold info/menu for 2 seconds
Use <> until reset appears
Press OK to select, wait 1 second and the display will turn off and reset.
Once reset, welcome will appear.
First set the radio to standby. Press and hold INFO/MENU for 2 seconds to access the menu.

- Press and hold info/menu for 2 seconds, use <> until either Alarm 1 or alarm 2 is displayed. Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to select.
- Use <> either ON or OFF will display. press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to select.
- Use <> to select Beep/DAB/FM and press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to select.
- Use <> to choose Once, weekends, weekdays, daily.
- Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to save.
- Use <> to set the time of the alarm and press OK in between each step
- Use vol+ or vol- to set the volume, Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer.
- Saved will display. Bell symbol with either 1 or 2 will show in the top right corner.
Hold info/menu for 2 seconds, use <> to go to Backlight, select either on level, dim level or timeout. Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to select. Use <> to select high, medium, low. Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer to confirm.

- Hold down info/menu for 2 seconds
- Press OK/Snooze/Dimmer
- Use <> until ‘set time’ is displayed
- Press OK/snooze/dimmer to select
- Hour will flash, press <> to change the hour, press OK/snooze/dimmer
- Minutes will flash use <> to change the minuet, press OK/snooze/dimmer.
- Will now display the date:
- Year will start to flash use >< to set the year, press OK/snooze/dimmer.
- Day will flash, use <> to change the day, press OK/Snooze/Dimmer.
- Month will flash, use <> to change the month, press OK/Snooze/Dimmer.
- Saved will display.
- The date and time are now set.
NOTE: If the date does not need to be changed keep pressing OK/Snooze/Dimmer until saved appears.
Turn to standby, hold info/menu for 2 seconds, press <> until ‘SLEEP’ is displayed, press OK/snooze/dimmer. Use <> to select the time, press OK/snooze/dimmer to save.

This product is guaranteed for at least twelve months from the date of original purchase. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge (or if applicable the product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded) where possible during this period by the dealer from who you purchased the unit.
The guarantee is subject to the following provisions:
- The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cabinet parts, knobs or consumable items.
- The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions contained in the manual.
- It must be used solely for domestic purposes. The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by inexpert repair.
- Specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Bush disclaim any liability for loss or damage arising from the breakdown of the product.
- This guarantee is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.
