If you are experiencing your cycle temperature jumping to 60 degrees regardless of what setting is used, this is because the cycle stages and cycle temperatures share the same display light.

When a temperature is selected and a cycle started, the light will show 60 degrees as this is displaying that the Wash part of the programme is in progress, this light will move down with each stage of the cycle.

If you want to check what temperature you have set a cycle, simply press the Temp button once. This will momentarily show you your selected temperature before moving back up the cycle stage.

If water remains in the softener drawer after a cycle, check the following:

  • Ensure the filters are checked and cleaned regularly.
  • Clean the detergent drawer.
  • Try a hot wash with nothing in the drum.
  • Clean the outlet pipe.
  • Wipe the seal to ensure nothing is stuck there.

If the issue is still not resolved, please get in touch with the support team by using the contact details on this page.

If the drum isn’t spinning, check the following:

  • Is water entering the drum? If there isn’t any water entering the drum then ensure the door is locked correctly and the water tap is open.
  • Check that the correct load size has been used for the selected programme to prevent unbalancing the load.
  • Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
  • Check that the outlet pipe does not have any kinks or bends that could be restricting the water flow.
Check for any blockages in the outlet pipe that could be preventing the water from draining.

If the issue is still not resolved, get in touch with the support team by using the contact details on this page.

If your clothes do not smell nice after a wash, check the following:

  • Ensure the drum isn’t being overfilled. If clothes are too crammed then they will not be cleaned correctly.
  • Do not over fill the conditioner. The conditioner is released into the drum near the end of the cycle. If there is too much in the drawer it will be released earlier and be washed away.
  • Ensure cleaning and maintenance is carried out regularly to remove any grime deposit.
  • Ensure the inlet pipe is clean. You can remove this and run some hot water through to check.

If the issue is still not resolved, get in touch with the support team by using the contact details on this page. To best assist you with your query, we may require photographs of the following:

  • Front of the appliance
  • Back of the appliance
  • Serial number sticker
  • Connections
  • Inside the drum
  • Any affected areas you can see

If there is damage to clothing when using the appliance, check the following:

  • Ensure it is not being overloaded.
  • Check that the correct detergent is being used. This is because some detergent can be quite harsh for more delicate clothes.
  • Use the correct programme. Certain programmed may be quite harsh for particular items of clothing. For example, fast cycles may not be suitable for delicate clothing.

If the issue is still not resolved, please get in touch with the support team by using the contact details on this page.

If your appliance is not taking softener or conditioner, try the following:

  • Check water is going into the drum. If there isn’t this may be a water issue and we would recommend checking the inlet pipe and ensuring the door is locking.
  • Clean the softener drawer by removing it and soaking in warm water.
  • Clean the jets above where the drawer sits.
  • Ensure too much powder isn’t being used as this can become thick once wet.
  • Check for any error codes on-screen and refer to your user manual.

If the issue is still not resolved, please get in touch with the support team by using the contact details on this page.

If the appliance is noisy, try the following:

  • Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
  • Check that the paddles inside the drum are not loose.
  • Ensure there is a 2cm clearance around the whole appliance.
  • Ensure the appliance is on a level surface.
  • Check the seal and pockets after the wash in case anything has gotten stuck.
  • Ensure the loads are no bigger than ¾ full as the clothes may become bunched up and could cause the noise when trying to complete a spin. Different clothing, such as hoodies, weight more than other items so therefore you may be required to put less in.

If the issue is still not resolved, please get in touch with the support team by using the contact details on this page.

If the door isn’t opening, try the following steps:

  • Turn the dial on and off.
  • Check if there is still water in the appliance. If so, turn the dial to spin to drain out any water.
  • If it isn’t completing the spin cycle then check the filter and outlet pipe for any blockages. They may need draining out if there is a blockage.
  • Try a power cycle. This is performed by disconnecting the unit from the mains socket and holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
  • Leave the appliance a few moments after a cycle has finished to try opening the door. This is because child lock may be on.

  • Ensure the appliance is on a level surface.
  • Ensure there is a 2cm gap around the washing machine.

If a programme isn’t starting, try the following steps:

  • Check that the door has been locked correctly and the programme has been selected.
  • Ensure water is entering the appliance. If not, check the inlet pipe and check that the tap underneath the sink is fully open.
  • Check to see if a delay timer has been set.
  • Check for any error codes on-screen and refer to your user manual.
  • Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
