Please ensure that you refer to your instruction manual on the routines for cleaning & maintaining your machine. These routines are usually carried out after every cycle, in particular the cleaning of the filter & hose (if your machine is vented).
If the clothes aren’t drying, check the following:
- Clean the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.
- Remove the condenser drawer, wash thoroughly, allow to dry and refit into the appliance.
- Check that the appliance has not been overloaded. If the load is too big, then the clothes won't move freely to dry.
- If clothes are soaking wet, try wringing water out to remove excess moisture before putting in the appliance.

If the drum isn’t moving, try the following:
- Check that the appliance is plugged in and switched on. If necessary, try an alternative mains plug socket.
- Clean the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.
- Empty the water tank and clean it thoroughly.
- Remove the condenser drawer, wash thoroughly, allow to dry and refit into the appliance.
- Check that a time delay has not been set on the appliance. Remove the time delay and try again.
- Check the load is the correct size. If the load is too big then the drum may not spin.

If clothes are coming out damaged, check the following:
- Ensure the drum is not being overloaded.
- Ensure the appliance is on the correct programme.

If the appliance is tripping the electrics, check the following:
- Check the plug is inserted fully.
- Check and/or change the fuse.
- Check the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.

If the cycle won’t start, try the following:
- Check that the appliance is plugged in and switched on. If necessary, try an alternative mains plug socket.

If the programme is stopping after a few minutes, check the following:

- Check that the appliance has not been overloaded. If the load size is too big, then the clothes won't move freely and the cycle may stop.
- Ensure the unit is plugged in correctly.

If the appliance is going over set times on drying clothes, check the following:
- Check the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.
- Empty the water tank and clean it thoroughly.
- Remove the condenser drawer, wash thoroughly, allow to dry and refit into the appliance.
- Check that the correct load size has been used for the programme selected. If overloaded, it may take longer to dry completely.
- Try not to put the clothes in overly wet as they will take longer to dry.

This is to stop the clothes from creasing. The drum will occasionally turn until the appliance has been either switched off or the door has been opened.
If your appliance has an E03 error code, this would indicate the water tank is full. Please try the following:
- Check the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.
- Empty the water tank and clean it thoroughly.
- Remove the condenser drawer, wash thoroughly, allow to dry and refit into the appliance
- Wipe the humidity sensors on the inside of the drum.
- Try a power reset by unplugging the appliance, holding down the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds, leaving for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in.

If your appliance has an E04 error code, this can indicate an issue with the loading. Please try the following:
- Ensure the drum has not been overloaded, and try removing some items from the load.
- Check the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.
- Empty the water tank and clean it thoroughly.
- Remove the condenser drawer, wash thoroughly, allow to dry and refit into the appliance.
- Wipe the humidity sensors on the inside of the drum.
- Try a power reset by unplugging the appliance, holding down the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds, leaving for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in.

If your appliance has an E05 error code, this would suggest a possible issue with the sensor. Please try the following:
- Check the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.
- Empty the water tank and clean it thoroughly.
- Remove the condenser drawer, wash thoroughly, allow to dry and refit into the appliance.
- Wipe the humidity sensors on the inside of the drum.
- Try a power reset by unplugging the appliance, holding down the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds, leaving for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in.

If your appliance has an E06 error code, this could indicate a possible blockage in the filter. Please try the following:
- Check the lint filter by removing it and removing any dust and debris.

- Wipe the humidity sensors on the inside of the drum.
- Try a power reset by unplugging the appliance, holding down the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds, leaving for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in.

Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge (or if applicable the product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded) where possible during this period by the dealer from who you purchased the unit.
