If the P1 and P2 lights are flashing, this would indicate an issue with insufficient water. To rectify this, try the following:

  • Remove any kinks or bends from water inlet hose and drainage hose.
  • Ensure the filter is clear at the bottom of the appliance.
  • Ensure the water tap is fully open.
  • Perform a reset by turning the water tap and appliance off, holding down the start button for 10 seconds, then turning the water tap and appliance back on and re attempting a cycle.

If the programme will not start, check the following:

  • Is there water going into the appliance? If not, check the inlet pipe and ensure the tap is fully open.
  • Check if a delay timer has been set.
  • Turn the appliance off, switch off from the plug and unplug. Whilst unplugged hold down the start/pause button for 10 seconds. Before switching back on leave the appliance for around 30 seconds, then switch back on.
  • Check that the door is closing properly.
  • Check for any error codes on-screen and refer to your user manual.
  • Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit.
  • Check that the outlet pipe does not have any kinks or bends that could be restricting the water flow.
  • Check for any blockages in the outlet pipe that could be preventing the water from draining.

If the spray arms aren’t moving, try the following:

  • Remove the spray arms and clean them by soaking in warm water and using an ear bud to clean the holes.
  • Ensure they are connecting correctly.
  • Check that water is entering the appliance by ensuring the inlet pipe is not kinked or blocked.

If the tablet dispenser is not closing, try the following:

  • Check the tablets inserted are not too large.
  • Check if it is clicking into place properly when closing.
  • Ensure nothing is obstructing it from closing.

If there are food deposits left on dishes or cutlery, try the following:

  • Drain the filter out slowly and check for any blockages. Then clean the filter and refit
  • Check that the outlet pipe does not have any kinks or bends that could be restricting the water flow.
  • Check for any blockages in the outlet pipe that could be preventing the water from draining.
  • Clean the spray arms thoroughly.
  • Ensure plates have been washed off/rinse before putting into the dishwasher.
  • Check the inlet pipe for any kinks or blockages.
  • Leave space between dishes.
  • Ensure the appliance has not been overloaded.
  • Check if the correct tablets have been used and that they are releasing during the cycle.

If there are water marks left on dishes or cutlery, ensure the rinse aid has been topped up fully to effectively rinse your crockery.

To fill the salt, open the salt compartment cap.

When filling for the first time, fill the compartment with salt and water until it is almost full. We recommend using a funnel to make filling easier.

Then replace the cap and close.

Depending on the usage of the dishwasher, you may need to check and refill the salt every 20-30 washes.

Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge (or if applicable the product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded) where possible during this period by the dealer from who you purchased the unit.
