- Check that there is nothing preventing the door being closed, then firmly re-close the door so that you hear a click.
If the problem persists, turn off the machine, unplug it from the mains, then call technical support.
This is indicating that your machine is not filling with water properly. The pressure of your water supply may be low, or the water supply may be blocked.
- Check the water pressure by running a tap.
- Ensure the water supply tap is turned on.

- Remove and clean the pump filter. (Check the instruction manual for this procedure).
- Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. (Check the instruction manual for this procedure).
If the problem persists, turn off the machine, unplug it from the mains, then call technical support.
This indicates there is an excessive amount of water in your machine.
- Your machine will discharge water automatically. When this occurs, switch off the machine and unplug it.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Call technical support.
How to change your plugs fuse
This product is guaranteed for at least twelve months from the date of original purchase. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge (or if applicable the product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded) where possible during this period by the dealer from who you purchased the unit.
